1. Service

Prepbank provides online practice materials for DELE (Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera) exam preparation. We are not affiliated with Instituto Cervantes or any official DELE examination body.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Prepbank. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. Subscriptions

New accounts include a 7-day free trial of Pro. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial, free accounts can take 1 mock test per week; drill practice and unlimited mock tests require a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider Lemon Squeezy.

You can cancel at any time from the subscription portal accessible from Settings, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: if Prepbank is not for you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your payment in full.

Trial extensions are not available. If you need more time to evaluate Prepbank, the free tier (1 mock test per week) is permanently available to all accounts.

4. Content

All practice questions and content are owned by Prepbank. You may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce the content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Prepbank is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee exam results. Use of the service is at your own risk.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
